Using Little Rivals
Little Rivals provides games for iPhone, including online games with friends and solo play. These terms are between you and the operator of Little Rivals. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or guardian must review and agree to them with you. You must also meet any age or parental consent requirements that apply to your use.
Your account
You can start as a guest or use Sign in with Apple. Choose a username that does not impersonate someone else or contain abusive or unlawful content. You are responsible for how you use your account and for keeping access to your device secure.
A guest account is tied to its saved sign-in credential. Signing out, losing that credential, or letting the session expire can mean losing access. A username alone cannot recover a guest account. You can connect Apple in Settings to help preserve access.
Play fairly
Do not use Little Rivals to harass people, send repeated unwanted requests, impersonate others, or share unlawful content. Do not cheat, manipulate scores, interfere with other players’ games, or use automated tools to abuse the service.
Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, bypass security measures, or disrupt the app’s servers. If you find a bug or a security problem, tell us at support@littlerivals.app.
Games and saved progress
Online play needs an internet connection. Practice games and some other progress are stored on your device, so they may not transfer when you switch devices or reinstall the app. We cannot promise recovery of lost guest access or locally stored progress.
Scores and results are for playing with friends. They have no cash value. We may correct results affected by a bug, cheating, or misuse.
The app and your profile
We give you permission to use Little Rivals for personal, non-commercial play, subject to these terms and the license supplied with the app. The Little Rivals name, character artwork, interface, and software belong to their respective owners. These terms do not give you ownership of them.
You allow us to store and display the username and character choices you provide where needed to run your profile, games, and friend features. This permission does not give us ownership of your personal information.
Apple and other services
App Store downloads and TestFlight access are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. The app license supplied through Apple, including Apple’s standard license agreement when applicable, governs your licensed use of the iOS app. These website terms do not replace it.
Apple is not responsible for running Little Rivals or providing our app support. Send Little Rivals questions to support@littlerivals.app. Your use of Sign in with Apple and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms.
Changes and availability
We may update games, fix bugs, change features, or interrupt the service for maintenance. Beta versions may be incomplete and may stop working. We aim to keep the app working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that every error will be fixed.
Stopping use or restricting access
You can stop using Little Rivals at any time. To request account deletion, contact support@littlerivals.app. Signing out or removing the app from your phone does not by itself delete your account on the service.
We may restrict or suspend access if an account is used to break these terms, harm other players, or threaten the service’s security. Contact us if you think a restriction was made in error.
Your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available, without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer rights. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms still apply.
Privacy and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how to make a privacy request. Questions about these terms or a problem with the app can be sent to support@littlerivals.app.
We will update the date on this page when the terms change. If a change materially affects your rights or use of the service, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
